Yes, back again with the Milkshake Base. It's just been so versatile and tonights episode on AAFL is Hot Cocoa and Christmas Coffee Mixes, and even though Saturday will be an actual Milkshake episode, I've been itching to try some Caramel and Coffee in this base.

Nothing complicated. Just adding Coffee Liqueur, Milky Caramel Fudge, and some whipped Cream to the Milkshake Base. I don't particularly do much with Coffee profiles so I don't really have many of those concentrates. Would've liked to try adding Pur Caramel Coffee with sweet Milk but I don't have it. Immediately off the shake i bumped the coffee Liqueur a quarter % to 1.5. Seems like it could still use a little more help in the coffee department, possibly a bit more Caramel, was thinking a bit of FA Caramel. Gonna let it sit for a couple days first

I agree with you on the coffee it is a super lite back note (I tried adding VSO Espresso at 4% and it wasn't the right one) But the caramel is perfect as is. Super creamy decadent caramel cream, I will definitely mix again.
