Just mixed this during the after show for AAFL. Did decide to up the Hot Cocoa from 3 to 4% since first published. Will update notes sometime before the end of the weekend

Update 12/12: OK so it's Tuesday and this has had a chance to sit 3 days now. Admittedly I did also add a couple more drops of Dessert Chocolate before putting this down to rest. It does kinda give a minor Hot Chocolate vibe, but not really though. I will say that this is probably my best attempt at a Chocolate recipe to date however. The Base of creams is just really nice with an excellent mouthfeel. And I am really enjoying the blend of Cocoa with the Darker Dessert Chocolate and VSO White Chocolate for a semi rich, smooth balance. My concern is it will continue to fade. I do get a hint of that powdery Marshmallow coating on the exhale, but mostly the OOO lends added body to the mix I believe.

Overall, I will definitely finish this tester bottle, and This has encouraged me to continue exploring and experimenting with more Chocolate profiles in the future, whereas before this mix, it just wasn't really much of an interest to me at all.
