So, let's eliminate the elephant in the room first. Chef's Mint Cream.
It's the only mint I have & it's perfect in here. It's a peppermint, yet not in your face as overly bright or mentholated like a flavor for a hard candy. It's creamy, soft & with an unbelievable silky smooth finish. Of course Chef's individual flavors are no longer available. So feel free to replace it with whatever your favorite creamy smooth mint is that you like.
Nanaimo Bar is a nice representation of the real thing. I just boosted up the notes of chocolate, almond, graham & custard. The AP does a BRILLIANT job of smoothing out the chocolate & graham notes. I highly recommend that you use it!
It all comes together as a lovely Christmas season version of Nanaimo Bar with mint...incredibly realistic gorgeous flavors together.
Sweeten to taste.

Awwww thank-you @SessionDrummer.🌺 That's so nice of you. If the idea of those combined flavors appeal to you, I'm sure with your taste-testing abilities you could probably build it from scratch with the brands you have. I mean, the time will come when my CSC Mint Cream will run out for good. I'd enjoy seeing what you and others might use in its place.
