DIY BBC - Bourbon bacco Custard ejuice recipe

Hi friend, this recipe was created by Mini Chef
During a YouTube Live with Moto vaper & Tony.

The main idea was to create a solid base for a vanilla custard combined with bourbon and tobacco.
There was a discussion about this for over an hour and it was fascinating and here is the result.
