Μerry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!
This is a recipe in the profile of white chocolate with rice grains (crunsh) and coconut.
For the body of the white chocolate I also added the WF because I think it adds a bit of authenticity by giving a creamier texture with a bit of milk. As a body I used Vanilla Ice cream & Cream...Whipped Cream to give a bit more volume and I used FW as heavier which I think suited the profile better. For the rice grains I used Sweet Rice (FE) and for the coconut....Coconut Custard as a base accenting it a little with the Sweet Coconut. ...Super Sweet to sweeten a little.
