Refreshing tropical mango ice cream, it's amazing how well those mango's blend with tpa vanilla bean ice cream, really creates a unique flavor. 0.3% ws-23 if you like. I usually mix it without but just a touch really sells that ice cream. It's still good without the REKA I just find it adds another nice layer to the mango and takes it to that next level.
