A hard one to nail down and a lot of people's white whale. Chocolate chip cookies are not easy. I love the flavor note of flv cookie and one of the only cookies that can be used for a choco chip cookie. Yet flv cookie although a great note is pretty weak and gets over powered easily changing the good cookie note it has. My goal here was to make that cookie note the star still but boosting the saturation .Most of the flavors I used here are for that goal of maintaining the cookie profile but boosting it. The milk and honey , custard are to bend the chocolate note to taste more like a choco chip cookie.
