Maybe instead of rich cinnamon try FLV cinnamon crunch or cinnamon roll or both, they have more of a bakery cinnamon without being overpowering like rich cinnamon does. Another good flavor would be cupcake batter it has a glaze note to it that may work.
I just mixed this up on Friday. I did use my 10% dilution of rich cinnamon though, .20 %. It’s just easier to work with at smaller batches and RC can be a bit overpowering for my tastes. Letting it steep.. watch Noted dx Monday if you can..it’s recipe week *wink wink*
