So I'm glad I waited to really get into this, at exactly a week this is a 100% completely accurate Boston Cream Donut to me. Or an Eclair or whichever. Crispy Donut and Glazed Donut were the right pairing and come through just enough, balanced perfectly with these Creams and a Frosted chocolate topping. I just went with what I thought made the most sense for the Cream filling, and kept the chocolate Frosting at 1% as to not over power everything with that chocolate note and it seems to have paid off!! Not really getting much Hazelnut, per se, but I can tell it there and believe it is contributing to the overall authenticity of the profile. Maybe if you prefer a heavier Donut bakery element you could try and push up the Donuts slightly, but for me this seriously can't get any more spot on balanced. I already wish I had made at least a 30mL tester, but will immediately be mixing a 60 for sure!!

** Important note: if you don't have any of the Nomz Hazelnut, you should be able to sub FW with no issues. At like 1% should be fine. Everything could be sourced from Bull City this way. It is really just a Boston Cream Eclair. The Hazelnut doesn't flavor the cream like i thought it would originally. It does however help the chocolate Frosting, and gives a more authentic crispy edge to the bakery layer
