Created for AAFl Fruit And Cake Mixes

I tried to do a thick Banana Sponge Cake.
The cake layer is Fluffy White and Sponge Cake.
Then i added a bit of Espresso to darken the Brown Sugar even more.
The Banana Layer is Candy Banana and Banana Flambe.
Sweeten to taste!
Let it steep for at least 5 days!
