I made this months ago and 3 other people plus myself have tried it and really liked it. It's like a peach ice cream and very well balanced.. I upped the percentage to 20%, but that's personal preference. Thanks for recipe.

The crumble topping and butter cookie works really well with the ice cream and gives it a really rich buttery deepness.
