Originally I made this for Lady Liberty's Birthday mix, using Nomz Dark Chocolate even though I didn't have it.. I did order the Nomz Dark Chocolate, but I still don't have it yet so I've gotten impatient plus we're doing another AAFL Cookie episode. I DO have MF Dark Chocolate however, so I've swapped for that, as well as lowered the Raspberry Gummy Candy to also add MF Wild Raspberry because I just can't help myself. If I'm going to include one MF, I may as well include the other, since this one is pretty much for myself. I lowered the Purilum super sweet to my personal preference. Next time around I may try Capella since it's usually what I go with to help that jammy filling pop... this definitely needs to steep to allow the MF flavors to grow
Update 7/1: We've finally reached the 2 week mark and this is excellent, as I expected. Hardnto say which the star is here between the built out Chocolate Cookie layer, or my Raspberry Jam filling stone. Im slightly leaning Chocolate Cookie layer. At first thought maybe I slightly over did it on the MF Dark Chocolate. It's a bit more thick and creamy milk chocolatey than I anticipated. It binds nicely to the chocolate Deutsch however, and the Madeleine and Cookie Crumble give a beautiful bakery note and nice texture on the the finish. The Raspberry filling stone still held up in here about as well as it has any other time I've used it. It pushes through the chocolate and cookie just enough throughout the entirety of the experience. It keeps the profile saturated and leaves a berry sweetness on the Palate, with a soft bakery texture just underneath and they both linger simultaneously leaving you wanting more...
