11/20/24 (Another goose egg for me, but I love it. I have quite a few blind spots to strawberry vapes however this one works very well for me.
Congratulations to the winners, mixers & judges for their efforts🏆)

Strawberry Shortcake🍰
After testing out a few accents to help 'zing' up the strawberries a bit,
I found I liked a couple drops of Raspberry Syrup. My old faithful Strawberry Jam worked very well with Ultimate Sweet Strawberry plus a small amount of Shisha Strawberry.
Yellow Cake brings a softer baked texture to the shortcake. The butter note from Strawberry Jam fits in as well.
And, the Clotted Cream thickens up the Whipped Cream.
As always, sweeten to taste.

Shortcake: Shortbread Cookies, Ultimate Biscuit, Yellow Cake

Fruit: Strawberry Jam, Ultimate Sweet Strawberry, Shisha Strawberry

Topping: Whipped Cream, Clotted Cream

Accent: Raspberry Syrup
