The Apple Cider Moscow Mule is traditionally made with vodka but you can sub gin for a sweeter beverage. Which is what I did. Being sensitive to lemon, I kept this lower than most. YMMV.
I kept this one more focused on flavor but booze it as high as you'd like for a more alcohol effect.
