Apple= country apple, baked apple
Fruit= cranberry jam
Spice= caramel cinnamon roll, CDS
Nut- maple pecan
Miscellaneous = caramel butter, maple pecan and caramel cinnamon roll.
I started with caramel cinnamon roll as that took up 2 categories, spice and miscellaneous. Those 2 needed help so I added CDS and caramel butter.
Now on to the MAIN-apple. For this, I’ll be transparent in saying these apples were mixed blind, never tested never mixed them before now. They worked well together, giving a nice smushy baked apple and using the cranberry jam gave it a jammy tartness. The cranberry is light, but it worked well .
The nut category is maple pecan, which is also a mics category (maple). This gives a nice sweet pecan flavor.
I can’t post photos anymore because Imjur thinks my account is a bot.. so just picture it in your mind!
Tested on a Dead Rabbit pro, tri core aliens at .11, 90 watts.
This looks deelish. I dig that cranberry/cin combo. I gotta get that FW caramel cin roll first.
What does "#TMA (WK 1)" mean Lynda? I never understand the hashtags on ELR.
I don’t know if you watched Noted or Noted Dx on Diy on die YouTube channel, but the show ended and @EyemSam and myself have a new show called The Mixers Almanac. So if people want to mix and have us go over their recipes, that’s the hashtag. You can find us here if you’re interested.
@MasterShake thank you! The caramel cinnamon roll was my #2 favorite for cinnamon rolls. It’s definitely worth grabbing. It’s what it says it is. I usually build out the cinnamon and caramel a little, but the bakery needs no help.
