Just finished a week long steep.

Lemon is a bit weak, might up FE to 2%, or switch for CNV Lemon @ 4%.

Also somehow forgot cream...L>A cream cheese icing @1.5% or Cap Sweet cream @ 2% for version 2.

Pretty good for my 3rd bakery recipe. Let me know ya thoughts!
