Oatmeal cookie and biscuit (speculoos) is my crust for the crack pie.
For the filling I’ve used sugar pie (a dessert consisting of milk, eggs, butter, brown sugar, flour), blackberry vanilla cobbler, and mora blackberry, accented with ultimate blueberry and pecans.
I didn’t want to add a cream or another vanilla because blackberry vanilla cobbler has a nice creamy vanilla within it. I didn’t want to muddle the recipe. I think between the 2 cookies and the pecan nut we have a good chance at separating the berries and pie from the crust.

2 weeks, nice leaning towards syrupy blackberry accented with realistic blueberry filling with accents of brown sugar, and custard notes followed by a lightly spiced bakery. I think the oat from the cookie is helping the pecan nut, which is light, but ok with me. There is a light vanilla from the MF. Enjoyable to vape. Not fatiguing on the pallet.
