Thank you Dave Lloyd for inspiring this recipe. Have reduced pie crust. Added extra meringue with a touch of marshmallow to compliment it. The juicy lemon gives a boost to the zesty finish and cuts through,yet compliments
the richness of crust and custard creams.
Alter overall percentage to requirements.
