For AAFL Flavors and Recipes beginning with W



This is one of those situations where I usually would add some Wild Raspberry MF to help the Raspberries really push through and stand out a bit more in the mix. I wanted to see how well it turned out without it though. After 24 hours its definitely delicious. A Balance between the darker Coffee Liqueur and Waffle Cone notes with some White Chocolate cream accented with the Raspberry as the undertone. Its actually quite a nice change of pace cuz i usually aim for more present berry, or berry forward. I was a bit unsure how high actually wanted to run the waffle cone. Cuz I just wanted it for some crunch and separation. Which it technically is doing. But im curious how lowering it just about a half percent will do. Either way its a really tasty mix, and still has some steeping to do. Idk if this first tester bottle will make it that long

** after a few days i decided to add some more Premium Raspberry and lower the Waffle Cone a bit. I know everyone loves Premium Raspberry, but I just don't think it holds up in all kinds of recipes. This was nice until the Raspberry notes completely faded away on me. We'll see how it does at this weight for now. Or if I need to go to a full 3%... or if I should have just went with using Wild Raspberry MF in the first place
