This is actually a combination of two different base layers. The Cinnamon Roll/Pastry base layer, and a Cheesecake base layer.
Starting with Caramel Cinnamon Roll, Deep Fried Pastry and Cap Gingerbread for the bakery base layer. Instead of going for a traditional Graham Crust style Cheesecake. Hoping to get a good bit of separation from the Cap Gingerbread, as well as an additional spice note to the Cinnamon Roll... Since Cream Cheese goes so well on a Cinnamon Roll I decided to try and pump up the pairing of Yes We CC and Vanilla Custard CC, with some Cream Cheese Icing and also a touch of tartness with the Sweet Yogurt. The Yogurt should also help with a nice contrast between the spices and the Creamy cheesecakes
** If you were to remove all the Cinnamon Roll, Pastry Dough and Gingerbread. You could actually add your Crust of choice and have a really solid Cheesecake base to add whatever else you'd like to
Update 10/23: This is fan freaking tastic!! Gave it a week to develop then completely destroyed the bottle and mixed a larger one. This scratches that it has for a shift to a warm bakery/dessert as the season changes to autumn. A cinnamon that's light enough for me to actually enjoy with a great balance between pastry and thick creamy Deliciousness
