Accurate clone recipe tweaked based on personal preferences. It recommended Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA) at 4% but I find it peppery, so I cut it with Vanilla Swirl (TPA) at 2%. It also called for Dulce de Leche (TPA) at 1.5% but my supplier doesn't stock it, so I used Caramel (TPA) at 1% and Butter Cream (TPA) at 0.5%. Lastly, it called for Sweet Cream (TPA) at 2% but I substituted Bavarian Cream (TPA) and increased it by 1% to compensate for the missing depth from Dulce de Leche and Sweet Cream.
