For the Pie crust I've used Graham cracker shortbread, butter and additional biscuit. Filling uses carnation milk,so I've used tres leche, milk and caramel combo to achieve this, also yogurt sweet cream and lime. Lemon squares for slightly more citrus and candied note.. Custard and cheesecake Graham give body and texture to filling. Topped with meringue. (Nomz meringue also adds touch of vanilla)
Added 2 drops of super sweet per 10 mils.
I've lowered the lime down a bit ,was a bit strong.
Blessings.
Hello, again)
Thanks for Your answers on my prewious questions, but i have another few.
Do You get some OFF-notes from Milk FLV(chemical spice\frothiness like\or other like powder milk\malt\butyric) ???
FLV Cream seems to have the same or similiar off-notes,i think, or it is OK for U(if You have it) ?
When you taste flavorah milk it tastes like proper milk with a slight sour off note. You could say it's an off note but it's how proper milk tastes. It's very realistic also has a carnation milk type creaminess. Don't detect any spicy notes but I've always used it with in a mix You can cover the slight sourness by adding a touch of cream like Sweet cream because it's more of a milky cream. I order flavorah milk from nom nomz in northern Ireland. It's under there bargains section,30mil for£4.49.(not sure which country your from) hope this helps. Any more questions I'm pleased to help.
Blessings.
Haven't tried flavorah cream but I no it's a milky tipe of cream so might have similar sour notes as there milk. It's not really an off note but how they intended it to taste.(Very realistic)
there's a slight malted, caramel note to flavorah milk but I like to boost that slightly by adding a touch of caramel. Makes it taste more carnation milk.
