Nailed it! This tastes heavenly with all the layers coming through perfectly. Starts out with the base of silver cloud donut cake.if you dont have this one get it. Its by far the best cakey donut there is. Its not a fried donut just a regular cake donut. Its nice a powerful that can hold up in any recipe and has no notes of other donut flavirs like butter or grease. This allows all the other profiles in this to shine with it. The cranberries I used i thought would be too tart as I like more sweet Cranberry like ocean spray Cranberry sauce with no tartness. They are by themselves but luckily another flavir I used helped sweeten and jam them up. For the pumpkin I used pure pumpkin which is a perfect unspiced pumpkin. I then tweaked it with maple syrup to add sweetness as well as a little cinnamon.i then used pecan pie which iv used before with maple syrup to crameate great pumpkin pie recipes. The pecan pie however in this actually is the flavir that took the fatness out off the Cranberry and made them sweeter.
