Shake vigorously while heating with hair dryer for 10 minutes straight after mixing. Steep for at least 24 hours.

If you like strictly cotton candy vapes, Purilum has a plain cc and they have a watermelon cotton candy. Both are, in my opinion, better single flavor CC’s. Blue raspberry cotton candy is a good additive for cc vapes as well. If you can find Nic Vape cotton candy, it beats them all.
