@Desserts-Island glad you like it mate👍 it may need a little tweaking to get it perfect but this was only a v1, due to me already having a recipe from a while ago using these ingredients together i knew they tasted pretty much spot on, it is very close though. Yeah using your prefered sweetener isnt an issue, i dont use cap super sweet though either, purilums is far superior imo but whatever sweeteners you prefer wont really noticably change the flavour anyway. cap extra sweet is also a good one for custards & creams, but it doesnt work so well for fruits.✌❤

@Stevebig'O', cereal 27 is quite different to sugary cereal & it will taste different but i think it could still work quite well? Sugary cereal isnt quite as dark & grainy as C27 & SC it what gives that underlying texture that monkey brek has, Id put money that sugary cereal is in the original monkey brek, definitely worth getting. I also think they used molinberry legendary custard but smooth custard hits all the same notes in this particular recipe so i kept it in, plus i think more people are likely to have smooth than legendary, but you can use any, the difference isnt really noticable.
