Week 2
yea nah I made a complete mess of this. I suspect in part this is due to following the rules and over complicating somethng that could or should have been far simpler. I think i might have over cooked the starch at 0.25 and perhaps should have been 0.10%.
It is vapable, perhaps begrudgingly, but the biggest fail is how non descript this is. Stale bread at best (slightly boozey)
Will put this aside and try again at the 4 week mark but are not expecting much inprovement.
