A banana muffin with dates and nuts.

I just mixed this a couple of days ago, so it needs to steep, but I have maybe finally found a use for TPA Bananas Foster. I chose not to put a sweetener in this one, but feel free to add it if desired. This is a good start to a mix, but it may be adjusted after the steep.

I used the Banana Foster to add some spice and moisture to the muffin in addition to the banana flavor.
Nut Muffin is a good muffin flavor, and avoids the cupcake flavor sweetness.
Butter Pecan added nut and a little richness.
Red Dates is my only date flavor, so it was used to meet this week's requirements.
