Dragonfruit pushed and mint pulled. No idea how this will turn out. eek!

Week 3
Well this is very different, but in a good way. The passion fruit, lime and mint make for a very fresh combination that is quite different with an exotic twist that is rather pleasant. There is a splash of coconut albeit barely, and the whole mix has a dragonfruit vibe. The macadamia is possibly doing something but is well hidden I suspect in the cheesecake.
I call it a success and something I will mix again.
