aiming for a kind of cherry bakewell type mix but with dragonfruit as the main player.
Im not even sure how to describe it tbh, its just so unusually good,lol. It doesnt scream "cherry bakewell" at all really but it is somewhere along those lines,lol, & it does work quite well. Off the shake it is pretty good but the almond is just a tad over-powering(for me anyway), but after 24hrs that soon starts to settle & 3 days it all starts to come together nicely so lowering the almond % was not necessary, i really like it as it is now, its unusual, but really good & quite enjoyable.

This looks really good. You have given me an idea about using dragon fruit at a lower percentage to create a jammy effect. Been trying to perfect a Bakewell for a few months.
