This cake works better than last: Bakewell slices are a choice of cake offered at n,h,s hospitals (UK) with the tea trolley when you stay in hospital: Added toasted almond on top of fa almond for the creamy almond. The peach and honey add an underlying sweetness to the cake, without being to prominent(use another honey if you haven't got Alchemists).
The pandoro's lemon compliments the fruit.
If you haven't got Madeleine use classic sponge cake (molinberry) or golden sponge cake,(ooo) instead.
Add a custard of your choice. I used 2.5% vanilla custard 2 (tpa).
Added 0.6% sweetener.
