A quick bread with figs, apples, hazelnuts and coffee. I just made this a few days ago, so it still needs to steep, but right now the rum flavor is dominant, followed by coffee. It is really bad at this point, and may find its place in the drain, but I will give it some time before I dump it.
I used Flavorah Raisin Rum to back up the fig flavor, and with the hopes that the rum will make the fig taste more cooked.
WF Coffee Cake is mostly coffee, so it was used to add the coffee flavor to the mix.
Flavorah Apple Filling added cinnamon in addition to the apples to add moisture.
