Updated to V3 to reduce WS-23 and Super Sweet, V2 was good but a bit icy and sweet. Reduced Orange Mandarin for better balance of orange profile. Also bumped up VBIC and total VG. This will likely be the final version.

This is loosely inspired by one of my favorite juices from a local shop years ago called "Agent O". It had a very strong upfront orange soda/creamsicle flavor with a deep rich vanilla cream exhale, almost like an orange soda ice cream float. It also had a nice cooling hit.

This juice takes a bit longer to steep than other juices, give it two weeks for the vanilla creams to fully develop and the citrus to smooth over (though it's good after 7 days). Warm bath with cap off for 1 hour.
