After a trip to the cheesecake factory, i had a Strawberry lemon cheesecake that I didn't hesitate to drop $25 on a whole cheesecake after a single bite. It inspired me to make this juice that I've come to love.
1hr hot water bath reccomeded 12 hr steep minimum. Gets better with time.
