I asked ChatGPT 4.0 for a butterscotch custard recipe. I changed a couple ingredients and percentages and this is good! Rich vanilla custard with a creamy butterscotch. Chat told me 8% VC and 2% TPA VC. 🤨 Settled at just the cap, added vanilla pudding in place of TPA and added a dash of cotton candy You know the drill, custards get better with age.

Hi Lynda Marie! I'm at 10 days of steeping and your recipe has been steadily increasing in that full eggy custard flavor & texture as you've mentioned. It's getting richer by the day. The butterscotches, vanillas and creaminess of all the dairy notes are just lovely. Really nice. 😊
