Pear, fig and cheese a classic flavour combination..
I wanted to taste the fig And pear so decided on cheesecake because other flavours aren't too dominant.
Biscuit base is shortbread, sugar cookie and a touch of powdered sugar (3 drops.) Wanted a hint of gingerbread in base but on wishlist.
Added 4 drops of mascarpone per 10 mils.
(Optional) 2 drops of Greek yogurt. (More tang)
Wanted to try out my new "creme de la creme" which seems to hug the other ingredients so isn't a prominent flavour (Wanted cheesecake flavour ahead of cream.)
Added 4 drops of (purilum) sweetener
