I steeped this one for over a month to help the forest fruit mellow. I like strong flavors, but 8% is to high, try it @ 4-5 %. Let me know how you like it @ DIYer_Straits.
Love it!! Now I want to build off of it..what do you think might play well with this? I'm thinking Vanilla Custard V1 (CAP) and maybe some bakery flavor.
I am happy you are enjoying it @xiox.
@pmvART I think cap custard would be a nice addition to bring out the cream and bakery note. I think i may try it and also add 1-2 drops of AP. If you try it with custard please let me know how it turns out for you.
Mixed this yesterday at 3% cream 5% forest fruit - after one day steep it's much lighter and milder than when I tasted as a snv. Very nice - smooth and tasty mix. thanks for sharing.
yeah - very tasty. I've never been into fruit vapes (I do custards/desserts mostly) but ever since I went DIY in January I've been trying all sorts of things and been pleasantly surprised in many cases. There are so many good fruity vapes to try. I recently caught a sale on FA concentrates ($1 for 30ml bottles) so I bought damn near all the fruity flavors. Turns out I really like forest fruit. will definitely try this flavor in some sort of custard.
Just as a follow up I mixed this on 8/3 and vaped it pretty much as a snv (next day). It was good then. I forgot about it and came back to it today 9/12. After a good steep the cream has come out and the forest fruit has really mellowed. VERY tasty. I'm going to play around with the recipe and try it perhaps with a few different creams and maybe add 1/2% Bavarian cream (since bavarian cream makes everything taste better). This is truly a 5 star mix after a good steep.
I usually do not vape fruits because it seems to me that I am vaping shampoo, but I discovered with this recipy that mixed with creams it is another story alltogether... Only 2 flavors totaling 10% with the right percentages that produce a great vape, 5 stars,Thanks Robin
Hey Leilani. Thank you for featuring this recipe on Mixin Vixen. I appreciate you guys so much. I've learned so much from you..It's truly an honor. This recipe is my go-to when I need something sweet and simple.
Lovely. May be a pleasant vape with CAP Harvest Berry too. Next I'll add a touch of Vanilla Swirl and see what it can do for the mix. Thanks for sharing.
This looked interesting to me but like so many others I thought the Forest Fruit was too much. I cut the Forest Fruit in half and added 1% Juicy Peach (TFA). 1 week steep and this stuff is AMAZING!! Thanks for the inspiration.
