This has turned out really nice. Can taste the cheesecake under the chocolate with raspberry complimenting.
A slight malted note from "malted milk" and butterscotch" enhances the chocolate.
(Optional) A couple of drops of"acetyl pyrazine" really helps chocolate flavours.
Most ot the crust comes from (nomz) cheesecake.
I added 3 drops of yoghurt.
2 drops of cocoa.
2 drops of mascarpone.
0.8% (purilum) super sweet, (4 drops) per 10 mils.
