A light, sweet, thin wafer style cookie filled with a Key Lime flavored icing.

The Inawera Lime Monster is basically a simple lime flavored cream with a light wafer type of bakery note. I built this recipe around this flavor, by taking advantage of the lime flavored icing, and the light wafer cookie and boosting the wafer with a combo of Nom Nomz Wafer and FA's Vanilla Cookie for a better wafer cookie.

To boost the lime flavored icing from Lime Monster I used a combination of OOO Powdered Sugar and TPA Meringue, and flavored it with TPA Key Lime.

And finally just a drop of Purilum Super Sweet makes this sweet enough.
