Lumpia is a fried spring roll filled with either a sweet or savory filling. Although I like the flavor of this, I am not getting the texture that I wanted. It does not feel like it has been fried, and there is not enough separation of flavors. I let this steep over 2 weeks before testing, so I don't think it needs more time. It is worth working on, but I did not get it done before the show.
