Last week I made my twist on Brazilian Lemonade- a creamy limeade with honeydew.

This recipe is for the ELR forum January recipe thread. Pink Lemonade was the pick. I’m going for a creamy sweet strawberry/pink lemonade. Similar to a Brazilian lemonade, but with actual lemon and using a “whipped “ cream as real Brazilian lemonade uses sweetened condensed milk.
Flv lemonade is a bright crisp lemonade, not too candied , no pledge notes, with a little pink in there.. With that I’ve added Lemon drop, which is , to me, a mix of candy, and lemonade, sweet,but refreshing with a slight hint of powdery finish, like the coating on some lemon candy bringing the mix to an artificial powdered lemonade style.

Sweet sb cream is a strawberry and whipped cream, but the strawberry is subdued with emphasis on cream with just pink. Following that “pink” Ultimate sb is the star strawberry. It’s helping the sb in the sb cream be a bit more vibrant, less candied and to even further brighten and enhance the whole mix is wild raspberry low, and whipped cream to tie it all in. 7-10 days to let the creams do their thing.
