Made this recipe in 2021 and aptly named it after touring Canada in 2017 and taking the 'northern route highway' 11 when travelling the trechorous winter weather. This recipe commemorates the 1st tour and memories had, enjoying a cold Rootbeer spending some 'Out of Car Time' relaxing before the next stage of tackling cross Canada driving.
