Sweet Tarts candy that will absolutely POP with flavor and layers.
Bilberry adds a ripeness and tart realism to the mixture. Bilberry has a slight foot smell and will require 7 days minimum Steep to balance.
You 'could' mix this recipe without using Bilberry but i included it because of wanting a more realistic berry recipe.
This mix is a favorite for many Canadians I have helped over the last 5yrs.
