A lemon custard dessert layered with raspberry cream wafers topped with caramelized orange and pecans.

I’m using Nevans trick with Flavorah cotton candy to help with the caramelization of the bakery orange.

Raspberry cream wafer is reminiscent of Fa cookie, with some vanilla cream and light raspberry so I added raspberry syrup to boost.
Lemon custard is such a rich buttery custard but the lemon is subdued, so I added a generous helping of lcw to help with that.
