This is my final entry.

Ok, so this one... The root beer is slightly mellow, I actually kind of like that it's not in my face. I was going for that. It's got the creams going on following the root beer. Well, it doesn't really scream ice cream, It does have a creamy root beer thing going on. I do sense a touch of vanilla in there, but it could be stronger. Perhaps I should have tried adding vanilla bourbon. The flavors are blended pretty well with this overall though.
