Doubled the lime for fear of drowning it out. Maybe not enough coffee? Using FW coffee cake as it has been sitting there crying at me for being ignored.

Day 5.
Lime forward. hints of caramel and apple. Very much a gingerbread body. There is a coffee feel to the mix but nothing distinct.
This is quite tasty and will have to force myself to lay off it for a bit to see how it develops.
At this point the lime is spot on but are expecting for it to begin to fade over time. The ginger is out doing the coffee.

Week 2.
I am quite satisfied with this. Lime is present but not over bearing and has a nice gingerbread cake body. It also has a apple pie kind of vibe going on as well but more on the finish.
The coffee could do with a backer but that may be detrimental to the other nuances that are currently present.
This will be one to play around with in the future but are enjoying it as it is.
