Fingers crossed I have made the lime standout and it hangs around
Day 2
Lime is on point and rather pleasant. There is mint which adds a unusual twist. There is some distant caramel and chocolate. This is quite nice despite not having time to settle down.
The strawberry is doing something weird, but in a good way I think, maybe....it is currently adding a sharp tang.
I overdripped the sweet by .40% (somehow, more likely being inatentive)
Will have to wait and see once the mix has found its place to determine if this is in any way deterimental.

Week 2
Not quite sure how I feel about this. it is not great, it is not a total disaster. I still feel it is finding its feet. it definately has a chocolate note but perhaps is not playing with the lime as intended. The lime is present and has not faded.
Maybe the strawberry is the culprit here.
Not a big fan of chocolate so what the hell am I doing anyway!

Something very weird happened with this mix, was pretty horrific. So bad I was thinking of trashing it and coming up with something else.
I was about to mix something else when I retried it and eveything seems to have settled down and sorted itself out into something that is not so bad after all.
I think the chocolates where fighting one another and they have beaten one another up to the point where they have softened and are starting to hug one another in peace.
There is a dominant soft chocolate body with hints of caramel. The lime is still there and a bit of strawberry / mint on the tail.
Happy to call this a fail and move on. (failure to meet expectations)
