Brief and to the point, (not over complicated).
The hops add a Herby note complimenting the spicy root beer.
A touch of whiskey adds complexity with vanilla bourbon adding a slight smokey note..
The ice cream adds thickness and of course ice cream.
(At last minute have added "cassis syrup" to create extra layer of flavour because blackcurrant works well with aniseed taste in root beer.)
Added 0.6% super sweet (purilum).
