A combination of "butter rum", "Jamaican rum" and "rum and raisin" make up the alcohol cake flavouring with Banana complimenting.
Added 2 drops of "bakery spice blend"
A thin "buttercream frosting" coats the cake and adds creaminess.
Recipe would be good with about 0.6% (cap} gingerbread. Will include next time I make it.
Added 0.6% super sweet (purilum) 3 drops.
