Someone said that anything with booze in it counts as a St Patrick's mix. I'm not complaining - just using it an an excuse to double-dip. Here's my version of a boozy and creamy spiced apple cider.
::: THE CIDER :::
FA Fuji - one of the oldest and best apples on the market, bright and tart
FA Liquid Amber - adds a cooked & slightly fermented funk
FLV Pumpkin Spice - like Rich Cinnamon, but with a lot more depth
(FLV really should take "pumpkin" out of the name and just call it "Spice Mix" so people don't pigeonhole this wonderful flavor into an Autumn Only flavor)
::: THE BOOZE :::
This combo is stolen from ID10-T's "Bourbon Trifecta"
TFA Kentucky Bouirbon - adds "sweet corn" flavor
FLV Bourbon - adds "earthy smokiness"
VT Bourbon - adds "alcohol bite"
::: THE GLUE :::
FLV Milk and Honey - the nectar of the gods, it seeps into the nooks and crannies of the both the cider and bourbon and ties everything together with a wonderful sweet creaminess
