Named after a bootlegger. Story has it that Whiskey Joe operated from various hideouts in the Everglades (1915-1924). As kids, looking over the Dania Beach Bridge, we would say, "There's Whiskey Joe's Creek." Ha, we thought he was still alive and living in the swamp.

Whisky (FA) will fade over time. SnV for boozy effect.

The only thing I would change is to try the Maraschino Cherry (SSA) I just got. More apropos ;-)
